Mikhail Fedosovsky

General Director, Diakont

Mikhail FedosovskyMikhail Fedosovsky is the General Director of Diakont, and Chairman of the Board of Diakont Advanced Technologies. Mr. Fedosovsky guides the strategic direction of the entire corporation.

In 1990, Mr. Fedosovsky incorporated Diakont, with the mission of enhancing nuclear safety through the application of high technology.

Mr. Fedosovsky holds a Doctoral Degree in Technical Science from the acclaimed Polytechnic University of St. Petersburg. He is the author of several publications and holds a number of international patents.


Mikhail Lyssy

Deputy General Director – Marketing, Diakont

Mikhail LyssyMikhail Lyssy is the Deputy General Director of Diakont, and a member of Diakont Advanced Technologies’ Board of Directors. Mr. Lyssy leads Diakont’s worldwide Sales and Marketing program.

Mikhail Lyssy also serves the critical role of ensuring the company’s product line stays ahead of the industry’s demanding and dynamic requirements.

Mr. Lyssy holds multiple degrees in both Engineering and Management.


Irina Tulkova

Department Head – Research and Development, Diakont

Irina TulkovaIrina Tulkova is the head of Diakont’s Research and Development program, a critical company role in which she has excelled since 2008.

In 2010, Ms. Tulkova was awarded a top prize of the Russian government for Achievements in Science and Technology, for her development of Diakont’s product line of diagnostic robots for the natural gas and nuclear power industries.

Ms. Tulkova earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of St. Petersburg. She is also an author of the technical manual, ‘In-Pipe Inspection of GazProm Compressor Stations’.


Elena Malkina

CFO, Diakont

Elena Malkina is the Chief Financial Officer of Diakont, and a member of Diakont Advanced Technologies’ Board of Directors. As Diakont’s Chief Accountant, she is responsible for managing all financial risk and planning.

Ms. Malkina holds degrees in Economics and Management from the Polytechnic University of St. Petersburg.


Edward Petit de Mange

CEO, Diakont Advanced Technologies

Edward Petit de MangeSince joining the company upon its formation, Diakont Advanced Technologies’ Chief Executive Officer, Edward Petit de Mange, has led the expansion of the Diakont brand in North America.

Mr. Petit de Mange brings to the task his experience from a career spanning various industries, holding positions including General Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Director of Business Development.

An American citizen born in the USA, Mr. Petit de Mange studied mechanical engineering, marketing, and business, earning a BSME degree from the University of Maryland. Additionally, Mr. Petit de Mange serves as a member of various trade and management organizations, striving to enhance the overall safety and security of the energy industry.


Eugeny Lukin

General Director, GasProject

Eugeny LukinEugeny Lukin is the General Director of Diakont subsidiary GasProject, which services the natural gas transmission industry. Since its formation in 2006, GasProject has grown multi-fold, and is an important supplier to Gazprom.

Mr. Lukin has also served as a Director of Diakont’s Technology Department, and Deputy Director of GasProject.

Mr. Lukin holds multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering, and Construction and Architecture from the University of St. Petersburg.


Sergei Alexanin

Department Head – Control Systems and Plant Equipment, Diakont

Sergei AlexaninSergei Alexanin is the head of Diakont’s Department of Control Systems and Plant Equipment. Under his direction, Diakont has developed a complete portfolio of technological systems for nuclear power plant operation and maintenance. The innovative solutions that his team produces are relied-upon throughout the worldwide nuclear power industry.

Mr. Alexanin has also served as Head of Diakont’s Project Management Office, Deputy Production Manager, and Head of Diakont’s Transport and Technological Equipment R&D Department.

Mr. Alexanin earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of St. Petersburg. He is an expert in nuclear power plant safety management, and is an author of the technical text, ‘Methods of Probabilistic Safety Analysis of Nuclear Fuel Reloading.’
